hey if u do the crusaders mission u pretty much own the house cause u can take anything, and sleep in the beds. Also u have guardians which protect u aint that cool :)

That isnt really the best home its only a temporary home though the best house to get is ether the house in Skingrad,Anvil or Chorol. But learn to choose a different race Imperial isnt the best race the best would be Dark Elf or whatever you want its not my fault that you're a noob at alteration and all that other good stuff.

i just got the ship-house by hitting the first mate when a guard couldnt see me and then a guard saw her hitting me so the guards fought the pirates and won. it was sweet cuz i didnt even meen to hit her.

HEY,

Want a house inside the imperial city?

go to the elven gardens district, find the house of ra`jhan.

go inside (note that you can take anithing, you wont steal because the take cursor is yellow and not red)

kill ra`jhan and take his house key, and the house is yours you even can sleep there!!!

there is nothing else in there to kill, the only time there are more people in it is when you get a quest from the dark brotherhood to kill the captain.
