I admire you guys so much. I love to watch the vids. But I'm a 41 y/o male. Where do I start? My upper body has always been very week and my lower body always easier to built up strength. That's how it's always been. What would you suggest, pushups? I can only do about 15 pushups at a time. So that is what I mean about my upper body strength. Please more videos for beginners. Thanks. Hey, i'm starting parkour and freerunning, i can do it fine against a wall as i cannot fall over the other side, but without a wall, when i kick up too hard, my legs go over and i am forced to move my right hand infront of myself to stop my falling over the front.. if i kick to little i do not get up straight at all..
is this just a matter of perfecting the right stregnth kick to just touch the centre of gravity?
i hear that lifting heavy weights can stop your height growth when you do so during your early teen years. if i lift light weights, but to about 50-100 times a day, would that have the same effect?

@HuiHms Yeah, there is a ton of exercise, which is almost identical to another, but it's much easier, and it's used to get in shape for that hard one.
For example: for really starters the pushup is done on not the feet, but on the knees

Or if you are training in Gym, then you know that stuff, when you are working out your, for example, left hand, and you lift it aaalll the way up with both hands, and then do it normally with the left hand.
