fuck fuck fuck. yesterday, i got up to where you are at 0:20 (although it took me about 5 minutes to build up the courage to walk in there), then got too scared and quit. today, i tried to continue. opened HL2, went into the next room, a few of the zombies got up, and i lost my shit. wasted 2 whole cartridges just killing them because i was so trigger-sensitive. gave up and quit the game. i don't know how i'm going to get past Ravenholm. i think i might just mute HL2 and blast some happy music.

@bdd458 Haha, I managed to get past it! Up to 'Anticitizen One' now. Yeah, at first it is really scary, but once you get used to the zombies getting up, and the shrieks, it's actually kind of fun in a Zombieland way. I needed music for most of the level, but around halfway through, just after the fast zombies were introduced, I ditched the music and played normally. And yeah, the saw blades are fun as hell to use, as is the shotgun once you get it (one shot kills make everything awesome). :D

ravenholm was always fun for me. so much practical use for the gravity gun. It really is a great training session for the player to get creative, and you need not use anything else. Of course, that is until the later half, when the super zombies come to play.
