Seriously, who cares where what started, north or south, wasnt this 'scene' meant to bring people together? Some wish the summer of love never ended, for others it seems they just went back to being their ignorant selves. 1984-88 we put on parties, house music all night long. There were also warehouse parties going on in Landan then, they played house.

This 'genre' did not start in the effin north west tarquin, do some proper research, you'll find it started in the gay clubs of NYC & Chicago.

I think that the film is trying to establish that the warehouse parties themselves, not the actual scene itself, was based near and around London.

Because of this location you can probably agree that alot of the underground clubbers in London migrated to the warehouse party scene.
