wow wish i could throw like that i got my disc bout 2 weeks ago so im still new im throwing bout 250 i know not that far but today i got a nice str8t one bout 350 it was awesome just when i was starting to get down on myself to
400' with what looks to be pretty good accuracy, bravo. You've clearly practiced your form a great deal, looks nice and smooth, getting a good amount of force on the disc. p.s. your legs look to be the size of tree trunks, keep usin' 'em!!
I've experienced some increased distance with that type of 6-step runup myself. This happened with decreased accuracy, though. I'm much more likely to turn something over, griplock, or just throw it too high this way.
yeah, first thing i noticed was the run up...im curious to know what advantage you gained over your previous drives. but again, your drives are still awesome! thanks for keepin them coming.
Why have you gone to a longer run up? Does it help more with your timing/snap? Do you get more distance because of it? Run up or not, still awesome drives. Good video.
Goddamn bro you're firing tomahawk missles!

it seems to generate a lot more power overall. I am definitely utilizing my legs more with this runup.

You seem to have good accuracy with it, too. Nice work
