That pig is clearly fake, but there was one born on a farm a few years ago. They one in the picture is for sure a fake because the real one only lived a few days. It has to be bottle fed every few hours and could not take in much milk because it's soft pallet was deformed, but there has been one before.

I can clearly see that that is what it supposed to be. My point is that generally animals with such defects do not live to be that size. If you read my post, you would see that the pig that had this condition only lived a few days, and he had human help. Pigs with this condition have a deformed soft pallet so they cannot eat on their own, so it's most unlikely a cyclops pig would live to be that large.
