  • this is a hard workout good job

  • Also their knees are on the ground during push-ups. that means half the push-up!

  • their jumping gets lazy.. whats that 2 inches of the ground? weakkkkk

  • try the army burpees, which are a squat frust before the push up and instead of jumping a tuck jump, they burn 2.5 times more calories

  • Ok just the mere fact that you can DO 100 burpees in a row, makes you awesome! 5 burpees just about SLAYS me lol

  • burpee is supposed to be anaerobic aerobic...the way these folks are jumping barely makes it anaerobic...I saw some 10 year old kid doing 100 burpees somewhere in youtube...now he really was doing it right...

    aerobic=heart rate at 120+ bpm.

    anaerobic= heart rate 140+ bpm.

    The reason why they aren't jumping a foot off the ground is because they are super fatigued and probably have a heart rate well within the aerobic/anaerobic state. How about you stop being a keyboard cowboy and just post a video of yourself doing 100 burpess...

  • @Luggerful anaerobic and aerobic bpm varies in different aged individuals, resting heart rate, and other factors. it's not the same for everybody.

    Yeah I would like to see a video as well. If you knew anything about this workout you'd know this workout keeps your heart rate well beyond 150bpm and has you gasping for air after the workout, given you did it properly. Which they were. Form never stays 100% throughout workouts, so ye let's see those 100 burpees son!

  • Well you inspired me to get working on these some more. So I decided to concentrate on improving my time for 50 burpees for now. Started around the 5.30 mark but now down to 3.25. Still a long way to catch up with you guys though! Respect!!

  • Great work. This is such a tough challenge - at least for an aging (49!) non cross-fitter like me. 13:20 is my best so far!!!
