With my organologist's hat on, if this is the hpscd which has recently been re-strung, I wouldn't muck about with it for a few months. In any case, I don't see how one can really judge the bass/treble balance from a YouTube recording - you need to hear it live. But treating this piece as French, the best French harpsichords, like the Yale one, are voiced very softly.
My only critique is that your instrument seems to be balanced extremely top-heavy. If I didn't see the video, I would think this was a double manual with the lower voice on just a single register. Can barely hear it.
Could just be the mic placement, though. This is something a wrestle with as well.
