My dear its not dedicated to remembrance of mother...it is dedicated to the remembrance as well as deep sweet uncontrollable pain of "love and the pain of being away from Allah and Rasool Allah peace be upon him. This pain is called Dard-e-Dil that one gets from sittin with Wali Allah (sitting close to their feet to be exact) who themselves are drowned in that pain and they transfer it to you through Zikr Allah. thats Sufism in a nut shell.
