You can use the reputation panel to tag booty bay with "at war", so guards become "red" thus attackable whether your exalted or anything else. You simply click further on the booty bay line where you see the rep list and you will see 3 options to tag or not. One is "At War". I have gone up and down in rep several times for the bloodsail admiral title as alliance and 1 time as horde. No reason to make it seem difficult to start a kick-ass in booty bay.

how do i get neutral on bloodsail buccaners guy i still HAted but i killing alot of guards on bootybay and the hated of bloodsail don't decrease :/
