You got the schiznit on effects/ filters. The feedback from the community was that the project was over-ambitious, 1-2 hours long - I myself, would switch off if a movie edges over 5mins. I generally browse YouTube when I'm bored at work as I'm sure most people do, taking 10 mins to browse the internet is acceptable, watching a 1hour machinima is taking the piss. However, don't take the feedback to heart, you only showed us a short intro, so a whole script/ vision was never really discussed.

The problem was in this film I wasnt producing it as I usually do in my other films. That was Warror's job. His job was to get the film going, get sponsors. I honestly didint think 1-2 hour film was a good idea but we never made a decission

I was only directing it, he was in charge of making it happen. In film the Producer is really the top dog who hires the Director

Thanks! Yes I really would wish to finish this film as well as 2015, but due to hardware issues and costs I have given up machinima. Does this mean forever? No, I did enjoy making machinima and it did take me a step ahead in film making. But my current plans have another real life film coming up besides Influenza so we will see.

It's a minor thing, but the music is really wrong. It's from the late 20's. It's not like today, where we play 80's music all the time. Back then music was hugely different from one decade to the next. In WWII no self-respecting G.I., Tommy or landser would be caught dead playing the likes of this flapper music unless it was indeed the only thing they could find in a bombed out French ville.

Heh. The music is minor, though, compared to the incredible work that is Forgotten Hope 2.2. which was fully released on September 4, IIRC. Simply amazing work. Lobo and the boys, many of whom have been working, for free, on FH since 2002-03, have accomplished miracles.

I wonder what they could produce with some $ ? Cheers, and thanks for the vid

@Sardondi Yeah, I decided on the music, since it was made before 1922, there aren't any copyright laws on it anymore, so I didn't want to get a cease-and-desist order so early in production.
