For my, this the most beautiful adagio. It is a personal remark, of course, given this masterpiece relates to one of my saddest moments in life: the day I lost my beloved girlfriend. Have you ever seen "Allegro" film? I strongly recommend you to watch "Allegro" film, a danish film.

My favourite film has, as a central theme, this beautiful adagio. My girlfriend and I loved it... I will always love her...

This is a really difficult to bring off on a one manual harpsichord. What do you think ?

Yes, I agree, but this (probably Italian) harpsichord helps a lot, thanks to its singing treble and transparent, contrapuntal sound not letting any voice clutter the other ones.
