I believe he only used them since rocky balboa he wasn't that big before, I think the pressure of making it in his 60's must of got to him. In any case he's trained hard for what he has. I'm a lifetime natural and plan to stay that way. Thanks for the compliment.

Theres some GREAT photos of Sly over the years. Love the R3 Magiver rigged wrist roller ( 4:29 ) ..... look at those abs! Amazing. Is he curling 80lb dumbbells at 5:29 and at 5:21 ?? Wow! He bulked up for Rambo 4(2008) with heavy anabolics, than switch to ripped condition slowly with this mass for Expendables(2010).

He used the GH (Ghenschei or Norditropin) and Mild andogens stack (such as proviron) and lots of fat burners...Combine it with hi quality clean protein, just 100grs carbonhydrates a day, with two hours ass explosive weight and cardio training in Gunnar's Gym....Its a lot of dedication and drive for the 60+ guy!!

I'd love to train here. I love these old school gyms. The first time I heard of this gym. I saw Hulk Hogan near a back stage area of a WWF wrestling match. Around 1990 or so. And he was wearing one of their shirts.

Actually, I think it was Arnold that started the whole rivalry thing. For the most part Stallone tried to duck out of it, but Arnie would never back down and heckled Stallone all the time in interviews. The thing that stopped it all I think, was when Sly made allegations in a newspaper that Arnie's dad was a member of the Nazi Party (I don't know for sure if that is true or not?).

Stallone looks a hell of a lot better now than the Governator. There is that recent pic of Arnold at the beach and hes looking like hes not in such good shape anymore. Im sure he doesnt have much time to exercise though being a governor. He is 60 something too. Arnold is gonna be in the Expendables movie with Stallone so hopefully he can get back into movies and back into shape.

It's a long time since I've seen somebody as ripped as at 7:10, this was demolition man era if I'm not mistaken? I would argue it's a "legal look" as he's lost size at the expense of lowering his bodyfat, god knows what percentage he's at here!

To be ripped does not mean he used gear. And just because he was caught with GH recently, doesn't mean he was always on it! I think he was natural up to the 90's!

When that older guy answers the question wether Sly was natural or not "I cant tell because its none of my business" what does that tell you :) IMO I'm absolutly convinced that Stallone used Steroids at that time thru out the years & even up to this day except this time HGH.. just that the older guy doesn't like to comment on Sly's use which is understandable cuz steroids is a personal choice and steroids were legal for bodybuilding purposes up until 1990. @Farshad86 Steroids or not, Stallone's physique (especially in Rambo 3) is more than attainable naturally. Sly's build here is my #1 inspiration for training, so steroids or not, I can't knock it.
