at 2:31 instead of do what he's doing you can select the " Eraser Tool " go to opacity and make it something like 65% .Then go to the left side of the" text reflection " hold shift and go to right . Do this till you tink is the best :P

just a tip for 1:55... instead of dragging the square downwards... just set the height (located at the top) from "100%" to "-100% " and it should be perfectly upside down.

Instead of dragging the text underneath to "about even" - Do - Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical.

Set a background colour, then chnage to a different colour, click on the text tool, then do a single click anywhere on the canvas (where your background colour is) and then type. Dont try and drag it to make a box, just click it the once.
