Avoid this piece of junk. If you can;t afford the real thing or have limited room, get yourself a couple kettlestax kits. BEST MONEY i'VE EVER SPENT ON A FITNESS ITEM. I can take a SINGLE kettlestax and adjust the weight between 20 lbs to 75+ lbs
@The47thMagician Because it's a piece of junk and anyone who actually knows anything about kettlebells can tell you that kettlebell training BEGINS at the 20-40lb mark. The only people this would be good for is ladies, the elderly and people waaay out of shape
i really wanna try this thing out and see if its a quality product. although 40lbs doesnt seem like much im sure its more of a cardio workout more then anything. not to many reviews for the product either and the ones they have on the site seem really fake. 90 day warranty so its worth a try.
@temporarily4ever dude i just got one of these for christmas and holy hell this thing is ridiculously awesome. i tworks out everything its probably the best thing ive ever used no joke
If my man from Special Forces has been training with bells for 15 years, that is awesome! That would mean that he has been training with kettlebells for about 6 years before anyone in the hemisphere related to mainstream fitness even knew about kettlebells. Bravo! If you are reading this, please do the research, there are two amazing kettlebell systems out there. RKC and AKC. Weider is not one of them.
@Lazybabyz You can...BUT just get a kettlebell and ignore the marketing bullshit...great advert though...I wanted one until I bitched slapped myself out of the commercials alluring/exellent sales pitch.
If you've never used a kettlebell, a 20lb one is heavyer then you think. Well anyways, 20lbs is somewhat on the light side and I'm hoping they eventually cpme out with heavyer weights
I have several kettlebells of various sizes, starting with a couple 15 pounders up to a 60 pounder, and I find they're a great exercise
WHAT!!!..MUSCLE INTEGRATION!!...THEY TAKE FROM ME. NO..get my dvd, video, guaranteed to blast, blow away and destruct all such previous coaching master..no grand master like instruction.Turn you into a sliced and ripped to shreds true warrior, green beret, seal, ranger, sas, spetnyaaazzttt from the old skool old times combination ruskie, polsky, ukrainsky, alsatian, viking zulu shaolin wutang skool of true kettlebell trueness, beyond all........KETTLEHELL...all else is gay, false. originalityl kettle-hell TM.

If you buy the 20lb can you buy just the weights to increase to 40lb? or do you have to buy a whole new bell?

The dvd with Michael Skogg wouldn't play at all! The powerbell looks great, though. Now, i'll try to get a replacement dvd.
