  • Great tip. Thanks for the post!

  • You talk like this is some kind of psychiatric condition akin to depression. I have been living with it for over 35 years, ever since my brother boxed my ears when I was a kid. I don't isolate myself, feel alone, or anything like that. You just have to live with it. Focus on what other sounds are out there. I love music. Focus on being kind to others. Don't focus on the Tinnitus!

  • @Starvester i tottally understand you

  • You may save my life. I love you for that.

  • Thank you for the great info. I will do what you teach us here. Many thanks.

  • I`ve had this awful condition now for 4 months. I dream of waking up one day and a cure has been found, but in the meantime I`ll wait for habituation. I will be following your advice, and thanks Jennifer for helping me and others to cope.

  • Thank you so much for your post and I am sorry to hear about your tinnitus. Even if you do nothing, you will have some habituationover time but the good news is that there is plenty you can do to habituate. I look forward to the day there is a cure too but there are definitely ways to get well. If you have any questions, just let me know.

  • Thank you, I will do.
