For the record, this isnt at Boalt Hall. This is when Prof. Yoo was guest lecturing at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA. Ergo, the comment at the end about it being a PRIVATE university. As a UC, Cal is public not private. Chapman is a private institution.
