you could use almost any adobe photoshop for this...what he/she used for this is very basic. as far as downloading it--i don't know. i bought mine-sorry.

i thought it was pretty well done. maybe a bit too much for my taste, but it was just an example. the only thing i can really say i didn't like is her eyelashes got kind of covered by the shadow. from a computer screen it doesn't look bad, but up close i don't know...
