@charlierider96 thanks :) yes it is, it was already there when we bought the yard however the man that built it did a crap job! :L it's slightly smaller than 20/40. I guess the cost depends on whether you do any of the work yourself and the surface/size, we were going to completely redo it and had a quote of 15-20 thousand however i'm happy to make do for now :P sorry for the essay xxxx
