Bro i have a iphone 4 now with at@t and i have huesnet. But tethering is also a additional cost and i am not sure if that is the way to go for multipe people wanting on internet and such and its still limtied so yah your kinda screwed if only you can get is sat internet
not very clever are you. You can buy wireless routers to put your simcards into these days. why the hell would you wanna use your iphone which is slow picks up shit signal to get internet when you can just get a 3G router. stupid
Not to sound like I am advertising, but Skyway satellite internet is $30.00 per month and it downloads at 256K. You will still need dial up to transmit to the internet. Skyway provides the dial up and it's included in the price. You will still need to pay for the phone line service.
yeah well i play xbox live and 200kb is deffinatley not enough, i have sprint an i ussually get 756kb to 1.28mb. thats ok for xbox live, but i would like something a little faster. and where i live i cant get the faster internet.
does the phone service limit the amount of data you can download per month? also some of us do not have that option either and must go with sat or dialup connections.
i have wild blue and it sucks. its all a scam if you have the crappy version and you cant download anything because you get a limit and it goes with uploading. if you have to get it get the best and most expensive one you can for good internet.
I have been hearing that AT&T is going to be offering a tethering plan for the iPhone but they want to charge $30. I already pay them about $100 month so I think that's a no go for me.
I like using ur phone idea , but dont u think its still pretty cool to have internet from SPACE

Another option that might work for you is Cobalt wireless DSL.

I'm almost positive you can tether your iPhone to your Mac. Someone back me up on this one. But either way the iPhone is a life saver haha.

Oh. Wait the old iPhones supported tethering right? Not the new 3g ones? And I'm assuming an added 30 dollars a month? That sucks man...
