@aznsk8ter1 - actually you could pour water in your bearings and kick to get them moving again, its a question of what continues working as a lubricant for a long time. spraying WD-40 will also break things loose, but over time that stuff actually attracts more dirt and is generally not recommended as lubricant.
My bearings were rusted so I sprayed wd40 on then put them on my wheels and started to kick/spin the wheel till it was moving perfectly
