your computer may run it well but can it handel the max graphics of this game i gues not because the hardware tech advances real fast and so the the graphics. and no may computer might run it only on high but not max but if yours will, well congratulations.

@tagshunter im not sure yet but if you look at the early videos it reveals cryengine 3,which shows some very little crysis 2 footage played in the jungle ,forest and wat appears to be a war in ancient china,and the early interviews showed that one of the developpers confirmed that it will be in the city,jungle and forest (and maybe for environments)

LOOOL @ console graphics. it will be below 720p resolution with no antialiasing or anisotropic filtering, lacking most of crysis awesome graphics features and stuttering like hell while looking like shit compared to CRYSIS which was released 2007.

I would too. Only problem is that in ten years the $100 piece of shit will still be able to play al the latest games that come out for it while in half that time the 1000 machine will be obsolete again. You're talking to someone who was on the PC bandwagon way before Xbox ever came out. Only reason I jumped ship is because I'm tired of putting out a grand every five years just to play the latest games.

@BlaxicanX doesn't make any sense at all. the xbox uses hardware just as the computer and nothings gonna change with that, it's just inferior in terms of costumization to be dumb-friendly. and please, why should a computer who was faster than the console get slower over time? you can still play actual games on xbox because graphics are turned down, most physical effects are missing and the resolution is turned to below 600p. i can do that on a pc aswell, but i don't want to ;)

You didn't understand what I said. Look, the last time I built a gaming rig PC was in 2005, and it could also play all the newest games on almost max settings. That same year I also bought an Xbox 360. It's been five years, and I can still play all the newest games on my 360, however my gaming rid is almost obsolete. I spent 2000 dollars on that rig. Three years from now my 360 will STILL be able to play all the newest games, even though I bought it 5 years ago for 400 bucks.

I personally don't MIND having dumbed down graphics, and yes I KNOW that they're dumbed down, because it's just cheaper and easier. I spend 400 bucks on an Xbox once and I don' t ever have to worry about shelling out more money for it to play games, or have to worry about viruses, or my firewall fucking with the game. It's just simpler. Maybe you prefer sacrificing money and time for a super powerful computer. Personally, I can't do it anymore.

@TheChesher besides spending money for top pc graphic seams unpractical because if you want top pc graphics youll have to pay  alot of money evry 2 or 3 years depends on the progress of the graphics demand on hardware requyerment and if youll buy console itll serve you for more then 5 years maybe 10 and you will still have good graphics.
