No, it's not even remotely a copy of that song. that mongolian folk song is well known to the chinese as well, it's called "ao bao xiang hui", which isn't a rip off either, it's just the same song but in chinese. and this song gives a shout-out to it with two lines towards the end! nothing more. that happens all the time in modern music and it's a show of respect.
