It's called Climax Together. CD japan has it, the limited edition is sold out but they still have the regular DVD.

I own it. I love this performance. And Atsushi's hair.

It was also $100. They had a limited cheaper edition, but that is also sold out. the regular one is around $30.

Oh, there's also another buck-tick concert called devil and freud: climax together. That one is completely different, from about 10 years later. Hope that helps.
