Oh really? Phyllis was blamed for being upset that HER husband was cheating on her. And she was never anything but completely faithful and loving towards him. Sharon, however, can't say the same.

It was so amazing to watch these scenes. Nick and Phyllis are so intense without hardly even trying. The way that Nick looks at Phyllis is all sort of YUMMY!! Apparently the only way these "writers" can remotely show any sort of feelings between Nick and Sharon is to have Sharon have "emotional breakdowns", explains why we get one almost 1 every other year or so. Sharon had just uncovered Nick and Phyllis' affair but had not let on to them that she knew. Nick and Phyllis were acting as if there was nothing between them (thus the polite "hello" but no further communication) but Sharon knew they were hiding something. Sharon was observing Nick watching Phyllis as she gave her speech and when Sharon went up to give her speech, she imagined psychotically calling Phick out for their affair.
