Really, the song fits Yoite too perfectly. I seriously feel Miharu's pain ;-;.
Sometimes I wonder if it's maybe a good thing that this isn't finished, but then I think about how epic this little portion is and wish it was, even if it'll make me sob like a girl.
Course, I could do it, but I don't have Vegas and therefore can't pull off the epic you can. But even if you don't finish, you can still remake "Because You Live" vid.

you should've seen the crap funimation gave me for putting up subbed versions of the latter episodes of the series. I hope you do manage to finnish it, its not like youll be costing them anything.

do you mean the subbs? Dubbs are when they put english voices on and I dont think Funimation have shown anyone them yet except the first episode at some expo. If you were talking about the subs then yeah some of it was a bit dodgy because one of the translators didn't speak the best japanese but it was still understandable.

you mean how he's floating ? That's called masking . First go watch or read a tutorial on sony vegas masking , then you make a new video layer . voila .
Since this was your first try on Sony Vegas, I thought that it was quite good. I didn't think much on the first few seconds, but then after that, it started becoming more better, and in the end, it ended off wonderfully. ;3
As for MEPs, I'd suggest that you work on Vegas, and while you're still perfecting your skills, you can use WMM. Then after you think that you're ready, you can use Vegas. That's my opinion. ^^
too much panning & zooming in the beginning i really couldn't appreciate the pictures. it's a huge change between WMM to Sony. i think you should practice more. The movements should be more sublte with better keyframing. :D
XD and yeah it really is a huge change . in WMM I usually just place them in different spots and fade em to the next, eases ins and outs, and some pan/zooms . Guess I've been wanting to pan/zoom for a long time. XD Thanks for the critique . :D I appreciate it. :]
You're welcome and that happened to me too. If you have the motivation to improve you will. Besides you bearely started so no need to worry. Sony is amazing. You'll be surprised. =) It's more than just panning and zooming is the timing the effects, keyframing, layers, masking, etc.
Maybe use WMM until you get fully used to Vegas? O: Or just... alternate between the two whenever you want to or something 8D;; But Vegas is much easier, once you get used to it. It took me a while to figure it out 8D; Tutorials help! You're super good with wmm, but that just makes me more curious to see what you'll make with vegas in the future *_____*~~~

anyways...i think u should use wmm for ur MEPs. of course this video was AWESOME-ly great (<33 1:08 to the end lol) but i think when use wmm, it shows all the effort u put into it and it just makes the manga come to life :D
