  • THANKS, great help!

  • @earle0024 You're welcome!

  • Thanks for this! Is there a way we could add this to the dropdown menu and not show as seperate text boxes? Please, guide.

  • @simmisam1 I'm assuming you mean populate a drop-down list box with the data? I do not have an InfoPath 2010 video demonstrating this (only InfoPath 2007 articles on my website and InfoPath 2010 drop-down list box tutorials in my "InfoPath 2010 Cookbook" book), but the process is the same as when populating a normal list box as shown in the video "Copy text from list box to text box in InfoPath 2010" (see Step 2, which starts at 01:35).

  • That's fantastic! I've been struggling for two days and couldn't figure out how to make this process work until I watched your video. I was getting stuck on creating the XML map to be added into Excel. Note to everyone: I'm using Infopath/Excel 2007. The menu choices are slightly different but the overall process works!

  • Thanks for this. It is exactly what I need to finish a project. Great video.

  • @elecooley No worries. Glad it helped you.
