@Beicon55 its not about the number of chords, its the way they're used. a song can have one chord and song fantastic. a perfect example of that is early american blues. its some of the most influential music ever produced, and many times the people playing it had little to no musical knowledge. chord use, along with the lyrics are what make a song powerful.

Let me next say, just because you don't like a certain genre of music doesn't mean you should insult Kid Cudi with things that aren't even true. Kid Cudi is an amazing artist with a lot of real talent, unlike a lot of what's on the radio today. Respect others music and choice in music, not just what you enjoy.
