Personally, I like to use a plane with SAAMs. They're almost impossible to dodge, and the Su-47 has 14 of them.

@Heydshaut IDK abt AC5 but in AC4 the SAAM which i assumme means Shortrange Air-

Air Missle, which is like QUAAM which is IMPOSSIBLE to dodge it is a gaurnteed kill.

@RCGeek1 You couldn't be more wrong. It's Semi-Active Air-to-Air Missile, which is like a long range QAAM, but you have to keep the target inside the circle at all times. It's almost as hard to dodge as the QAAM.

First you have to unlock Su-37 and then you have to shoot down the ace named YELLOW in mission 27 (he's to be found in the tunnel after you've destroyed the control panel) on New Game Plus or Free Mission. Long-range missiles (line XLAA or SAAM) make taking him down a lot easier. Regards

If I remember right, the Ofnir squadron all failed to eject and died, it's possible some of the Grabacr squadron ejected but with a 40 mile swim back to land it's unliky they would have survived either.

Actually, the 8 belkan aces died... because, when they lose against the razgriz, in a final act of defiance, they detonates explosives in their aircrafts, killing themselves.

I used to use QAAMs a lot when I first started playing the Ace Combat series (mainly in AC04). I also got much better at the games when I stopped using QAAMs :D

Heres an idea: use the F/A-22 and use its special weapons to hit the Solg panels all at once with the XMAA so u can then weaken it. best done if u do not after burn towards the solg and break when in range and on head on passs. But, still, nice vid.

Hey, sorry I didn't reply sooner. The Ace you're looking for, Yellow, is inside the tunnel in mission 27A: Aces. Yellow is part of the last three fighters that you encounter before exiting the tunnel :D

Are AV Splitters for audio only? If so, it sounds like it should work.

I use an RF Modulator as well, it has the S-Video/Yellow outputs for video and White/Red outputs for audio. I use an S-Video cable for video, and a Y Cable (White/Red on one end, audio jack on the other) for the sound. Maybe Y Cable is another name for AV Splitter? Not sure.. But I hope the info helps :D

yes to get the falken u need to beat all the levels with the hangars on normal difficulty or higher.make sure u destroy the hangars and complete the missions...the plane has a hefty price so u proly wont be flyin it right away as u unlocked it....the tls ( tactical laser sytem) is bad ass it took meh 19 sec to destroy the solg

If you defeat the 2 Belkin formation before 2 minutes is on the clock you here the speech from your pilots. Nagase, Archer and Swordsman talk about the sunlight to the east, Archer talks about his birthday and seeing his brother next week, Swordsman thanks Blaze for understanding on what is it like for being a wingman and Nagase thanking Blaze for being the number 2 wingman and not losing another flight lead plus wants to fly with him for one last time.

there's an increadibally easier way to finish off the planes quickly. get a plane with a bunch of SAAMs and the missles will almost always make contact and destroy the enemies.

I've done that a few times for fun, but it gets boring after a while, for me anyways. That is good to use when you want to hear all of the dialog before the SOLG appears, either that or the Falken's laser :)

Wow, I can eliminate the 8491 squadron in 20 seconds! I get an F-22A and fire 4 xaam missiles at the four 8492 members on my right in a head on approach right from the start. Then I turn and follow after the other four pilots in the other squadron. Lock On and fire four more XAAM at them and splash them in less than twenty seconds.
