Assuming you're using mario paint composer like "I think" he is, go to your mario paint composer folder and open "Prefs". Now in that you should see all your songs, just open the song you want to fasten the tempo of and go at the end of everything, the last numbers should be the tempo for that song, just replace those numbers by the tempo you want and save changes. You're done.
