first she described the actions before taking the medication. The patient has to fill in a form called "Suicidedstatement" and she has to takke the minutes and write everything down that happened after the patient arrived for the police. After that she describes the procedure when the patient arrives: She has already had very intensive contact to the patients before, and has talked to them very intensively. She describes that she's often nervous and sad but has to stay calm.

This to me is a sad and horrible place. Poor, suffering people going here to kill themselves, to get away from the pain. So sad.
