Good review! Brought up a lot of good points other reviews missed. On the software issue.. I think Blackberrys will always be a smartphone for people who NEED smartphones, an iphone, with it's fancy UI will always be a smarphone for people that don't NEED a smartphone. I don't get it, reviewers complain about the blackberry software but then praise it. I have been a blackberry user for a long time, and same thing still holds true since i've first used one. He means it offers basically the same user experience as past blackberries such as the 8330. They are not stepping up and are going to end up heading in palms direction. They will be forced to create something with a "wow" factor to keep themselves afloat. That is probably 3-5 years down the road. It took palm 10 years.

Sound quality is very poor. They gave it a 6.5/10, that's inexcusable for a phone that's supposed to be used for business.

front-facing cams aren't just for video calling number 1, number 2 no blackberry has a front-facing cam which is another reason why the newer ones should.. number 3.. CDMA networks are not too slow for video calling.
