Technically, I think those were skin-bireds, not pugbats.

@Mrcryptidsarereal Ya, but it's a videogame, they can change it however they want. In the game, there is a giant cunaepraedator when, in reality, they never even got bigger than a medium sized dog. Besides, the bats in the game are too big to be pug-bats and live in the mountains, and since Terrapusmordax are everywhere else in the game, the skin-birds are the last logical choice.
