the metal slug that i hate is the metal slug advance. actually it's not bad but the one thing that made me hate it is that you have a life bar given a number of continues instead of unlimited continues. this made the game really,really,really difficulter than hard.

I haven't played this but the same thing happened for me on Advance, which is why I'm scared to get this.

I mean, all of Anthology is only about as big as a full game nowadays. Isn't there a way for them to create metal slug games with more depth? Blah.
