umm, okay. pretty good lesson BUT when u switch from the G chord to the A are you hitting the low E string with your 3rd finger/ 4rd fret? . ? right before the little hammer on the g and d string

Can you please detail what is happening when you switch from the E chord to the low E string's 3 rd fret to play the single note of G ? It looks to me as though you are strumming up when you play E then up again when you hit the G note. Is that correct? I just cant get that same sound out of the G note but it sounds right the way you play it so there is some nuance Im missing. Thanks!

It really will just take practice. The song is really only two chords (G and A). Don't freak out when he starts talking about resolving chords and scales it really is not that complicated. This song is a great one to work on right hand rhythm, chord changes, and spicing up your chords with extra notes. Mimic what he does and play it all day. By tomorrow you'd be able to play it on stage.

Verses are right...If you're doing it solo you need the bridge root to be G 5 to G dim, flatting the B string 3rd fret to the 2nd on '3 e and a-4 e and a'
