No. Rugby is a gentleman's game. The reason it was adopted by the other schools (apart from Rugby School, where it was invented) was because it allowed for aggression in a disciplined manner. You concentrate on the rugby more and don't give away penalties. And it's much better just to rinse the guy later in the game with a tackle.That is time-honoured and very effective.

To be honest I don't really think there's much in it either way. Larkham did anticipate the offload, and the fact that it didn't come in the end (and he "tackled" Cohen without the ball) should have meant a penalty for England, but he certainly wasn't cheating, he just turned out to be wrong. This happens when you have decoy runners. As for Cohen, it looks like that as he's tripping over, he's trying to grip the ground with his foot to get back up, and he's slipped.
