@frank0067 The KOH is strictly used as the medium to prevent freezing in the colder environments. In reality, only 3 to 5% is needed to produce the HHO....the 28% allows the solution to get to -52 degrees F before freezing.
@mikac4444 No, Overheating isn't a problem. We normally run about 120 F with an ambient temp of 90F. We use our own proprietary control system...one of the other reasons our system works. A simple PWM simply doesn't do it...

So far I have done wet cells with some scrap stainless 316L from an old kitchen counter top. I decided my next would be a dry cell and have a few ideas, do you have any tips for a beginner like myself? Like PMW's or grade of stainless, anything would help, thanks for you time.
