1. Potential for misuse of WMDs
2.Slaughtering of its people
3.Harbouring terrorists
4.Potential invasion of another country
Iraq fit all four of these criteria.
Secondly no one could be as credulous to state that Iraq is not better off after the overthrow of its genicidal distatership.

He already killed 180,000 Kurdish people by poision gas showing his flippancy and danger potential.
Sadam stated that a big regret of his was not developing the nuclear weapon before the invasion of Kuwait in the early 90s and during this time the US accidently found more of such potential with the tawatha reactor
