This is 1 of my 2 all-time favorites for Just For Laughs (the other one is called "very funny just for gags" and can be found on this page under "related videos"). What's even funnier to me is that this once happened to my brother when we were younger. He threw on a pair of shorts to go to the market with my mom (he was only about 10 at the time) not noticing the gaping tear exposing his butt in the back. I noticed AFTER they returned and pointed it out to him through tears. He was mortified.

The guy with pants ripped is the same one in every scene and he's the one of the Just for Laughs crew. In fact he sits on the bench with ripped pants already as it is shown at the beginning

that's the point it's a prank on the person sitting next to them, you'll also notice its the same guy "ripping" his pants every time. the person sitting next to them are not in on the prank and their reactions are what's funny
