This is so well put together, it brought a tear to my eye. Waldameer may be small, but it's MY home-town amusement park, it's full of many great memories and to me it's the greatest amusement park on earth. It is my favorite.

I probably got a little too emotional there, but hey--I love the place.

I love that place! I just hope it doesn't get super busy now that the casino is up there. It's always been great to have such short waits for everything.

i hope they never shut Waldameer down or turn it into one of those huge parks with concrete everywhere.

Waldameer is rebuilding their original "Ravine Flyer" coaster, a large woodie that spanned Peninsula drive.

after years of legal disputes, they started construction in 06 and its going to be finished 2008.
