It does not sound like a child to me. It could be saying help me or mommy. It's hard to say.

Sounds to me like "Come in" followed by "Jesus Christ is with you" but then we are listening to it through YouTube.... I'm not sure if I heard "Jesus Christ"... exactly. Nice capture though!
