btw i wanted to ask u wat do u make ganache with....chocolate,butter n heavy whip cream ??? coz i tried to cover fondant on ganache n it wouldn't go smooth at all...but ur fondants luk so smooth on ganache,how?
Thanks again haifa!! my ganache is only chopped chocolate and cream. I don´t whip the cream. Bring to boiling point ( the cream ) and pour over the chopped chocolate and mix with a hand whisk till the chocolate is complete melt. Leave to se overnight. I hope this help :)
