This is the Phil Kelsey remix taken from the 1992 remix release. BeckyTarkan1971 is spot on as well, it's playing way to fast.
This is my least favourite version of this track, my favourite being the Mexican Mix which I must add here as it isn't on YouTube suprisingly.

Good to see Erasure FINALLY releasing
remixes of the material instead of live
version after live version. This would really rock the floor if they slowed the BPM
and added a "Chains of Love" hi-hat tres
electronique and then Electric Cafe hooks plus once again Cubik 1990.
