WOW. That's really cheap for the sand. It will be like cement if it gets wet. What is the isulation value of this? I would think it would be like reguler cement blocks? I would like to build a straw bale house just for the insulation value. I live in Oregon and hate the cold. I can't wait to see the finished house. How do you plan to finish the inside? Earth Plaster? Good luck with it all
