  • great clip great song :)

  • That's a steady camera you've got there.....I've got mine on the windscreen but it shakes like a bastard, What's the trick?....sorry, hate music on videos like these but good stuff!!

  • That was good mate!

I think the USA blokes watching would be pullin em selves over our doubles and trains.haha!!! a bit full noise gear changes or engine braking edited into clip will make your next video even better!!!

  • great clip!

  • I like those new Kenworth K100 Cab Overs and Frieghtliner Argosys. Too bad they don't have as much of them here in the United States. Majority of tractors here are Conventionals.

  • thats awesome mate!!! Fresh is best aye!!!

  • Grouse work ol, mate - nicely done !

  • song name?

  • @csopank2 Gear Jammer - George Thorogood & the Destroyers

  • @Hingey23

    Thx!

  • AMAZING VID MATE

  • Awesome video

  • Hume Highway..also known by its 80's nickname "Sesame Street"

  • Western ring road? Did I miss something?

  • Who's that wheeling past @ 3.30 Mcglynn's?????

  • Hello Fullnoise subscribe to your videos here in Brazil, congratulations you have online channel to track your trip

  • whereabouts on the hume was the bloke in the k104 carrying the massive dumper at 1:43? i'm sure i saw that rig heading south near sutton forest on the way to sydney about that date. same day a bunch of commancheros got pulled up en masse outside goulburn?

  • @fuzzz182 if you play it in hd full screen you can read the sign, its approaching the broadford exit in vic

  • mate that camera has some real good quailty pictures good to see some truckin videos i look out are a bit shotie but good to see that night vision so clear not usauly like that, do those cameras just face the road or the driver as well and do they record what is said in the cabin. I seen a story on a current affair about camera's inside truck cabs a few weeks ago and i thought that it was about time they proved what car driver's do to us out there and how we get treated and blamed for so much.

  • 100kmh? that's only 62 mph. you would get run over here in the states.

  • @cj382 ...not only that, it's strange to see NEW cabovers. If you see one here in the USA, it's an antique.

  • Keep the videos coming Kiddo....

  • is that avenel at 3:04 ?

  • @sydneyfcanddascc the train line is nowhere near the freeway at avenel

  • @Roadrunnerz45 my mistake, the intersection looked similar tho, where is it at anyway ?

  • @sydneyfcanddascc actually near wodonga, old barnawartha rd and mckoy st

  • @Roadrunnerz45 ah now i remember, its tbh a very bland section on the hume, nsw side seems a bit more scenic, the new tarcutta bypass was recently opened, its really good i reckon, only holbrook to go now and its all complete

  • Cool shots. Side-by-side with train was a treat...

  • @Fullnoise is this the HD autocam or the standard autocam?

  • cool footage. I'm searching for some stock footage to make a fan created NRL promo video, this footage is very handy :)

  • Great footage and top song for highway driving. Why don't ya try what I did and speed up th efootage then add music...you get more mileage in th eclip then. Watch my video of "Driving truck in Sydney... M4 to Mona Vale...Crazy traffic".

I also filmed my last run to Orange which has about 5 songs with the video sped up four times.

I was driving a rigid Iveco...they have a nice little tray in the dash where the camera/ phone sits.

  • im going to complain about speed....dual carriage speed limit raised, please????

  • Cool vid and song bud, should do some footage at night thru the cutta at happy hour bein the the only section single lane left other than h/brook pretty much i done on my cam but yous looks high def. is it? anyway gr8t wrk.....

  • Gday mate. I havent been down the cutta in a while. Do you know what have they been up to with the road works?

  • 3am coffee, smoke sittin at ton metal music and window down~~~~~~~~~

  • great vid mate, love your vids. will be good in 2 years time when its freeway all the way on the hume. will be even better if that massive truck stop south of the cutta is built.

  • This is pro! I cogged em for a few years and it makes me want to go back into it. The music is spot on. Nice work, stay safe.

  • some really good footage there loved it!

  • gotta have some fun out there

  • Thanks guys for answering always been interested to know that, wow 1550-1720rpm these things must have great low down torque but they dont rev high do they? i like big trucks. and wow 450 litres is a lot but they move 30-70 tonne i think so thats pretty darn good.hope u truckies dont get bent over buy the carbon tax. cheers

  • How many rpms does a truck or this truck do at 100km? and how many litres per 100km does a truck or this truck do on highway? and around town? loaded or unloaded dosent matter

  • @astra686 G’day astra686,

There are many variables with your question. The truck I’m driving in this clip does around 1720 RPM @ 100 KPH. It has a diff ratio or 4:33. I’m now driving a Kenworth K108 that has a 4:11 diff ratio that will give you 100 KPH @ 1550 RPM.

  • Fuel usage depends on the type of trailers, HP of the truck and weight, road and weather conditions (windy etc) and driving style. You can get anything between 1.8 to 2.2 kilometres to the litre, so an average trip from Melbourne to Sydney will be around 450 litres. Considering the amount of weight moved, these trucks are very efficient.

    Cheers,

    FN

  • @Fullnoise I ran B-Doubles (vans mostly) Melb-Syd and used between 500-535 in a K104 550HP @45t ran a very light single once and got 345lts! now that was one sweet trip! LOL

  • @baggenkents, you should be limited to sun up to sun down no sun no drive because its obvious that you cant see how this country runs because of Trucks and their drivers. Where did the parts for you ipod come from...a factory in China then delivered to a ship by TRUCK to a boat then by TRUCK to Apple....then by TRUCK to a store near you!!!! with out them you cant listen to Jason Beaver & Britney on your ipod

  • @jungtir good on ya, give it to the ignorant bastard, without trucks australia stops.

  • @baggenkents, you obviously no nothing about trucks or how they benefit everyone...

  • @baggenkents I am a professional driver that does not take drugs, have not a single logbook fine, drive within the physical and legal limits of the road and complete a 7600km round trip each week. you might wake up to yourself one day and realise what moronic comments you have made

  • @baggenkents ha ha ha .. 50kmh you say .. where overseas is this .. Canada n USA is more like 60 - 70 MILES PER HR. At 50kmh Melb-Syd would be an 18hr drive and more and more trucks would be running off the road and rolling over due to fatigue. All single lane roads would be reduced to 50kmh because trucks will be on them .. You have just proven what a dimwit you really are. I tell ya what if you called me a cowboy to my face id knock you the hell out. ....

  • @baggenkents .. typical stupid teenage comments .. your a moronic gutless wonder .. which driver was driving like he owned the road ??? did you also notice after the overtook the pulled back to the left a safe distance from the truck they were going past ??? Nope .. didnt think so.

  • @baggenkents

Lol I see nothing wrong with how these trucks are driving!

You sound like the type of person that would scream at the government to make the mandatory truck speeds 50kph, then later scream at them again when your produce you order takes an extra week to get to you, because you don't go get it yourself... Go get some sunshine, sunshine.... your dampening my day.

  • Nice video FN, i couldnt help but notice that the majority of trucks over taking were either fridgevans or small or single fleet operators, good to see it though :)

    Keep the videos coming

  • Great clips, perfect song, thank you.

  • the scene with the train running along beside you is the best shot! wo hoo!

  • great clip.

  • Nice vid. I have one of these cameras (inspired by getting sick and tired of explaining my driving) and now I have worked out how to post on Utube. I have a lot of stuff like yours learning the editing part now!!

  • @baggenkents Are you fuckin serious mate? I wont bother having a go at you, but just have a think about this..How much more dangerous will it be if trucks do 50km/h? Fuckwits these days.

  • Once again, excellent excellent work Full Noise ! Perfect editing 10/10.

And a great tune to go with it.

  • excellent video Fullnoise music sets it off really well, my brotherinlaw drives B Doubles between Adelaide and Perth . I recently travelled from Sydney to Whyalla via the Hume Highway I was dreading it as it was my first time on that road, I found it an excellent drive

  • Great filming and editing FullNoise. A job in the television industry awaits you. Fantastic.

  • Good video Fullnoise, I'm going to have to source one of those cams, they do an excellent job.

  • At 3:04 I'm suprised the train was going so fast, he must of been between mud hole restrictions !! Nice clip. I haven't seen those new Lindsay trailers yet.

  • @emd645e3c and the truck in front was a new 409 i think? seen one at Holbrook last week

  • @emd645e3c I didn't know they had them that far apart :-)

  • @Rocketboy1950 Thats what I was thinking. I thought they were spaced 3 km's apart.

  • Looks like you have been out of town for a bit ... much better than dealing with the Western Ring Road.
