I have watched this about 40 times. I wish the person with the camera shot this: 1. was the structure really solid when the guy kicked it? 2. His instructions to the skateboarders seemed staged. 3. what was the cause of the first alert to make the one guy turn around. If the camera person knew the events in order, he would have captured all of it. I really think they all were surprised at what they saw.

A 3/5, 'cause tho you can tell this is fake, make-believe, the effect they tried to make is good. Just need to perfect it and practice (you can tell they wanna make you see the man painting, 2nd skater looks at the man painting, the spray is somehow not there but over the real picture, and the hand reaching out to the spray is obviously an effect similar to chromakey, 'cause it doesn't take it in a straight line, but it looks like behind a wall so it has to do a curve when bringing the spray in)
