ok salu's shoulders are smaller than amir, his biceps are better than amir's. what Im tryin to day is that high weight training will give salu's results and low weight will give amir's or hrithik's results. I tried high weight first, but than nothing much happened except much mass in muscles, then I tried lower weight, and I must say I lost fat along with I got toned muscles. In conclusion start high weights, but when you notice you got enough mass go back to lower weights and cardio.

ok salu's shoulders are smaller than amir, his biceps are better than amir's. what Im tryin to day is that high weight training will give salu's results and low weight will give amir's or hrithik's results. I tried high weight first, but than nothing much happened except much mass in muscles, then I tried lower weight, and I must say I lost fat along with I got toned muscles. In conclusion start high weights, but when you notice you got enough mass go back to lower weights and cardio.
