Obviously she should not be in that backless booster. The adult shoulder belt does not fit her, which is why it is not across her chest. I have read so many case studies of young children dying because of this. Its so sad,and its so preventable.
Sorry that I care more about your childrens lives than you do.. Their entire upper bodies are not restrained. They would be very fortunate to survive a car accident. This is about parenting. This is about safety. Do some research.
