wow thats great, if you have a 3d scene and some footage, is it really straight forward to use voodoo to matchmove? also were the shadows added in after on some other software?
@JustAnotherDoood - Voodoo is fairly straightforward to use, but like all software there are going to be features that may not make sense, chances are you don't need them anyways. I wouldn't jump right into a project you care about, Mess around with some sample footage and a simple scene first and look up a tutorial. As for the shadows, everything was done with Blender. I rendered the scene with alpha and used Blender's sequencer to combine the frames with the footage - pretty simple actually.
I used Voodoo, it's a freeware match moving application. It's pretty accurate and can estimate your camera's focal length and everything. You can then export a Python script to use in Blender. I've been looking at PFHoe though, it's like $100 or something and works really well, and also exports to Blender, but you have a lot more control over tracking, plus it's more accurate and way faster. With Voodoo you have to be sure there are high contrast areas for it to track, but it's pretty good!
nice track but the compo is not good use more color correction and some filters as overlay

This is really neat. What do you use for camera tracking?
