So the people bringin in the pot are also bringin in smack. To really cut down on drug problems we need legalization. Legal suppliers and distributers who don't work for cartels and peddle coke. The DEA doesn't want this cause 90% of drug use is cannabis and if its legal they're obsolete.

No ,, its not a viable method of treating "stuttering".It is amazingly effective at stopping stuttering caused by muscle spasms ,But just simple stuttering should most certainly be treated at the root cause ,, Covering the symptoms up will not fix it ,, And there are effective ways of treating stuttering that do not involve drugs of any kind.. This is just my personal opinion of course ,, but if you were a close friend ,, This is what i would tell you ..
